Howliday Open House at Animal Friends of the Valleys

Deck the Halls with Bows on Collies!

Animal Friends of the Valleys is thrilled to host our first annual “Howliday Open House” on Wednesday, December 18 from 3:00-7:00 pm.

This FREE, fun-filled family event will feature a variety of kid-friendly activities including Cocoa with a Kitty, Caroling at the Kennels, Reading to Rescues and a “Name a Shelter Pet” contest. There will also be photo opportunities with the shelter’s mascot, Rascal, and a special holiday keepsake craft activity.

Open House participants will also have an opportunity to support AFV by bringing a stocking stuffer for a shelter animal or by selecting an ornament with a need from their Christmas Giving Tree. To preview the shelter’s complete Holiday Wish List, visit our Howliday Wishlist HERE. In addition, AFV will be offering $25 cat adoptions and dog adoptions from $25+ (Seniors, Chihuahuas and Pit Bulls) throughout the entire event.
